Miraculous Maids is an affordable and consistent company that charges by the job and not the hour. We will happily provide each of our customers with a free quote over the phone. Prices will depend on a few factors such as size of home, current cleanliness level, and more.
How far out we are booking will vary from time to time. If you want to ensure that you'll be able to get your cleaning service on your desired day, we suggest booking at least a week in advance. Once in a while, we can get you in within a few days, however, the earlier we have you booked, the better. For move-in or move-out cleanings around the end of the month, our schedule fills up quite quickly so make sure to book your miraculous move-in or move-out as early as you can.
No. You can absolutely stay at home during the cleaning, but it is not a requirement. However, at the end of the cleaning, our cleaners like to do a final walkthrough with you to ensure that the cleaning is up to your standards so it's best if you can be there at the completion. If you aren't able to be there, we can do a video call walkthrough with you.
Loving animals is a prerequisite to work for Miraculous Maids. Your pets are the best part of our day! We work in homes with animals all the time. Please ensure aggressive animals are safely secured for our visit, but we love the love of the friendly fur babies.
The time that your cleaning service takes will depend entirely on your specific home and which package you have requested. Cleanings can range anywhere from 2 hours to 8, depending on the cleanliness of the property, size of the property, and specified cleaning package.
Our cleaners will always bring cleaning supplies with them when coming to your home to clean. You don't need to provide any solutions or tools for cleaning. However, if you have specific products that you want us to use in your home, just give us a heads up and we'll happily use that instead.
Our regular maid services are only available Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm. If you need a cleaning outside of these hours, we will see if we can make something work for you, however, we cannot guarantee weekend or evening cleanings. We do not offer any services on civic or statutory holidays.
Our move-in and move-out cleanings are similar but do have important differences. Move-out cleanings are much more in-depth deep cleanings whereas move-in cleanings require slightly less cleaning. To learn more , feel free to check out our blog page!
