We have a zero-tolerance policy for verbal /Physical abuse or threats towards our staff. Any client or visitor engaging in such behavior will have their access to our website and services immediately terminated. Legal action may be pursued if the abuse or threats violate applicable laws. Clients are responsible for full payment of outstanding invoices or bills in case of termination due to verbal abuse or threats. By using our website and services, clients and visitors acknowledge and agree to comply with our Verbal Abuse and Threats Policy.

On-site verification
Prior to beginning cleaning, the cleaners will complete an on-site walkthrough to confirm the scope of work matches the signed quote. Should the quote be insufficiently priced for the scope of work, a minimum of $100 fee will be added to the invoice. Following the completion of services, a final walkthrough is required to verify all areas of concern are addressed. If a final walkthrough is declined or if you are not present to complete a walkthrough, return visits to correct outstanding concerns are subject to additional fees.
